Any person who got this letter with half a brain and a lawyer with balls should subpoena the IP's of every computer at the production company, and the home computers of all their employees, then cross check it with all the torrent sites. They're pretty dumb to start a crusade like this if they don't know every single person on their payroll is squeaky clean.

Let's say I get arrested for shoplifting a DVD at Best Buy. Should I just pay the $15-$20 for the DVD and walk away? Or should some sort of penalty be charged to me? I think that's where the "settlement" is coming from...
