I'm really appreciative that Morgan and Miller explained that that big, silver punch bowl is what a team gets for winning "the championship of the National Hockey League".

Next they'll probably tell us that the Hawks didn't actually win it because we all know it's the Eastern Conference's year.

Darn White Sox can't chew gum and play baseball.

Ted Lilly just plunked Beckham for doing the Patrick Kane thing with his gum.

Lilly and Floyd both have no hitters going. Other than hitting Beckham, Lilly's only other blemish was walking Gavin Floyd?

Joe Morgan now giving pointers to England's goalkeeper.

What a showcase game for Chicago baseball.

Maybe Chicago should have 2 hockey teams instead of 2 baseball teams.

Shows what Steve Stone knows. Colvin's playing and he doesn't have a hit all night. :D

The Hawks threw their jerseys into the crowd when they were done singing. How does that not cause a riot at that point?

5 outs left and Beckham attempts a bunt....it's a damn shame Brenly isn't on the broadcast tonight. It would have been classic, one way or another....

I'm excited that the momentum from this dominant pitching performance is going to propel the Cubs to winning 9 of their next 10

Maybe next time the Cubs make the post-season, they'll give Lilly another chance to pitch in a game.

This POS game is going to be rain-delayed. Perfect way to end it.

At the DS Estates and its impossible what to watch between this and the NBA/Kobe game. Mostly been on the Lilly game.

Gavin Floyd threw a tremendous game and it would be a shame to lose this one.

If this wasn't a no no going, they might have put the tarp on the field last inning.

Juan Pierre still hasn't grown into his body. What an odd shape he has.

And now in typical Cubs fashion, they will blow this game.

I hope so. Every loss gets this lousy team closer to backing up the truck.

These fucking guys blow.
