Awaiting tonight's lineup, but this much is for sure. The Pirates have recalled their prized prospect, third baseman Pedro Alvarez, from their Triple "A" farm in Indianapolis. He'll bat sixth for the Bucs this eve vs. John Danks, says the Trib's Mark Gonzales.

As promised, here's how the White Sox will lineup this eve vs. Pirates' lefty Zach Duke in front of a lot of empty seats at PNC Park:

1 Juan Pierre LF
10 Alexei Ramirez SS
51 Alex Rios CF
14 Paul Konerko 1B
20 Carlos Quentin RF
12 A.J. Pierzynski C
15 Gordon Beckham 2B
5 Jayson Nix 3B
50 John Danks P

It seems hard to believe, but the Sox have won 6 of their last 8 games...Love that Interleague!

It's not that hard to believe, SHARK. What is hard to believe is the Pirates are 9-8 vs lefties this season. That's a lot of wins considering Lilly and Gorzo haven't been starting all season.

Nice win, Boys! 3 series wins in a row with a chance to sweep tomorrow with Buehrle on the mound. Keep it rolling, Boys!

Keyser, it appears if Mark Buehrle, not Jake Peavy, will start vs. Ross Ohlendorf tomorrow in front of a lot of empty seats at PNC Park. Sun-Times/SCORE White Sox Insider Joe Cowley says Peavy's arm may be tired, and as it stands now, #44 starts the Nationals' series in Washington Friday vs. Stephen Strasburg. Here's the other part I don't get. Why doesn't Nats' manager Jim Riggleman move Strasburg back to Saturday afternoon to coincide with the Nats' rare appearance on FOX Sports' "Saturday Baseball Game of the Week"?

I don't think they want to change a young pitchers schedule just to appease a national TV audience. This kid already has enough to deal with.

Ohlendorf is a decent pitcher so this one could be the game the Sox offense shuts down again.

Twins down 3-0 to the Rockies with Jimenez pitching. This would be a fantastic day to make up some ground.

I'm going to predict a Pirates 5-3 victory today.

The lineups are in for tonight's finale at PNC Park and plenty of empty seats to boot. These are the guys Ozzie has put pen to paper to and will deal with Ross Ohlendorf and the Pirates this eve:

1 Juan "Two Hits, Two Runs" Pierre LF
11 Omar "What? Jayson Nix's Not Good Enough?" Vizquel 3B
51 Alex "I Should be in the All-Star Game" Rios CF
14 Paul "I Had 3 Hits Last Night!" Konerko 1B
20 Carlos "I Had 2 Hits as Well, Juan" Quentin RF
12 A.J. "No Deal For You!" Pierzynski C
10 Alexei "I Tripled and This Is My Reward?!"Ramirez SS
15 Gordon "Aki Iwamura's Now Available" Beckham 2B
56 Mark "The Best Interleague Pitcher" Buehrle P

It sure is, GD. Now the Twins go to Philly and face Hamels on Saturday and Doc on Sunday.

Considering the Sox alternative I'd actually rather face Hamels

I don't think Omar got the memo that McCutchen is REALLY fast. Put a mustard on that throw next time, Omar!

Yesh. My heart sank when Jones hit that flyball to right. How about tacking on a couple here to make things easier for Bobby in the 9th.

YES! Nice sweep, Boys! What a play by Pierre in left. He's been really good out there this year. Another good outing by Buehrle. Keep it rolling in Washington this weekend.

It was another quality start for Mark Buehrle this eve as the White Sox send the Pirates to their 11th straight loss this eve at PNC Park.
