Where can I find the recipe for the three mustard brats? I've looked all over the board, but with no success. I keep hearing about them and how good they are, but I am thinking they are myth, like McNeil denying he doesn't have a mustard fetish.

I believe he follows the instructions that are included with the Mustard Belt. Only change is that he soaks them in a bit of apple cider before grilling.

OK, I'll fall for it.

KK, first get some normal johnsonville brats and start the cooking process, meanwhile in a plastic container fill it up with your favorite 3 or even 4 mustards (5 is illegal), maybe some onions and garlic as well. Drop the mostly cooked brats in the mustard and let them sit in the fridge overnight. As the brats cool, they suck in the mustard. Then the next day, 2 minutes on the grill or even in the pan and you are good.

It really is an easy and good recipe, also good for the ahead of time prep, which is really how I think the legend was born.
