A "Major Show Announcement" would need to be of something of true significance. I think that the show will be alive for long term would be adequate. A co-host change or time slot change would be big news. Other than that, I can't really consider what the Bears camp radio schedule will be "major show announcement" worthy. Its an annual thing we all expect.

Signing Jim Miller wouldn't be considered a "major announcement". Either would a Bears camp remote broadcast schedule announcement, or contract extensions.

My guess is Goff is on show now for the second half and through transition and then to producing B&B. It will give him more experience and they can slide him in when Boers eventually hangs the mic up.
