Farvio and I are gonna get together for the All Star game tomorrow night, maybe somewhere in the Schaumburg/Palatine area. Anyone want to catch the game?

What's around for sports bars? The only one I know is Idols.

Idols is trash - I honestly don't think anyone has ever had a good time there. Pops, Lamplighters, Nellies all good bars in downtown Palatine right by train station.

Lamplighter is good, I've never been in Pops, but I hear good things. Nellies doesn't have good coverage in terms of number of TVs.

In that case, I would say Lamps, decent priced beer, food is good from what I hear if people need to eat. Plus, if it's crowded, Pops is right across the tracks (short walk).
