I'm not surprised.

Rod Carew threw a BB. Man, that guy could flat out hit.

I'm still picking the AL. The NL has slightly better pitching but the AL has some serious thump. Someone (Pauly??) is going to hit a late home run.

Yes, yes he could. I am not sure that anyone went to left-center better than him, at least in my baseball lifetime.

I just looked up his stats. 92 career home runs, 445 career doubles and 112 career triples say you are exactly right. Can you say gap hitter??

Yes, a true gap hitter, if he played in the 90's he may very well have hit 400 homeruns. That is, if he didn't have a conscience.

In David Price's last start he threw 103 pitches and 92 of them were fastballs. 92!!! That is unbelievably awesome.

Is it just me, or does Braun look a bit more normal than he used to?

I think that's Scott Bora$ sitting behind home plate. Hopefully one of these guys can air mail one and knock out his teeth. Add him to the list, Reason.

Wasn't Josh Johnson the Marlin hurler grabbed by the jersey and drug in to the tunnel by Girardi a few years ago? He certainly has come back from surgery with a purpose.

That was douchebag extraordinaire Scott Olsen. He's on the Nats now and I think he's hurt. From what I've read Josh Johnson is a good guy.

Yep, that's it, Keyser, I had another Kenny/Tito moment, I guess. The mind is the first thing to go.

They had Pfaggot throwing 94-95. That homo doesn't throw nearly that hard.

That was a golden opportunity for the NL. Bad AB by Hart.

Yeah, bad call by the third base coach, too. It takes a great throw to get Wright at the plate, make Hamilton make the throw.

I wanted him to air mail the catcher. Bora$ isn't sitting behind the 1st baseman.

Peculiar drums (snare in particular) and sound-effects in that song .... beautifully, dreadfully flush with that 80s feel.

I thought they pointed out where Poo-holes' helmet is notably smaller than everyone else's .... or did I mishear that?

Thornton vs Byrd. Nice.

Even with a lefty on deck he's going right at him.
