Not that it matters, but while MLB officials have given Mark Cuban the green light, he could be part of a group led by Texas Rangers' President Nolan Ryan in hopes of getting in that way...

Cuban should be the owner of the Cubs. I'll be disappointed if the MLB owners allow him to buy the Rangers after they said no to Cuban buying the Cubs.

If Havana gets a baseball team, they could maybe compete with LeBron/Wade/Bosh for the title with all the homegrown talent down there.

Uncle Jerry was more concerned about proximity, and far more insecure of not being the most popular owner in Chicago anymore IMO.
