STILL ALIVE!!!

PER LARRY KING

4 Hoaxes?

Bill Cosby is not dead -- and he's not pleased about a fourth death hoax
August 3, 2010 | 9:09 am
Bill Cosby called in to "Larry King Live" on Monday night to chat about his death -- the death that happened only in the context of an Internet hoax propagated on Twitter. No, Bill Cosby is not dead.

"Emotional friends have called about this misinformation," he said on his own Twitter account. "To the people behind the foolishness, I’m not sure you see how upsetting this is."

This is the fourth time it's happened, the comedian says, and it's just not funny anymore. (Was it ever?) "This time, people are not amused by this," he told CNN (listen here -- and make sure you know first who Stephen Wright is -- we imagine host Kyra Phillips wishes she did).

Cosby told about his daughter calling to check if he was OK, about a restaurateur friend calling after his son and the people in his restaurant had started crying, about Malcolm Jamaal Warner's mom calling to check on his health.

"Maybe psychiatrists will say I'm feeding [the rumor starter's] ego, but I just want to say to friends of that person: Just tell him to stop, because it isn't funny."

So what does Cos expect in the afterlife? He's not sure, but says, "I have an impression of what Hell is like. ... everybody's laughing, but there's nothing funny."

We'd imagine also that the Devil has a Twitter account too.

One more Hoax and he is gonna do some MAJOR DANCING...ON YA FACE

Do you think Dad got together with the other two the next day to see how freaky his daughters got with them after the romance contest?

Clean Comedian Indeed.

A great deal of my enjoyment from that show was trying to figure out what happend when the show was over. Like did Cliff and Claire put Theo's room back together after they were done teaching him a lesson on the "Grown Up/Real Life" episode, or did they make him do it?

Did anyone else find it odd that Cliff was a gynecologist working out of his basement?

Like, what do you think Kenny's brother looked like?

I pictured him as Bobby Brown.

Did Rudy's friend Peter's parents ever look into the fact that Peter was like 8 and was unable to speak?

I hated the Grandpa.

He was a jerk.

They seemed like really nice people and they stayed far away from the Huxtable household. I can remember them being on maybe 2 or 3 episodes. They probalby were a bit put off by the lip sinking and stage plays that broke out on occasion...

And how Cliff was unusually Horny for a middle aged man

Why was Cliff trying to help Elvin with Claire?

Why would he want such a losery sexist to be accepted by his wife and marry his daughter?

Sick, Sick Man.

I think he just accepted things after a while. His other daughter Denise was a loser, so maybe it made him sypathetic to the loser cause.

Denise was the ONLY cool one.

Vanessa was a complete loser. Her friends used her for a ride to the Retchet show. Robert used her.

Denise was kinda hot.

Denise was a moron. She lucked up and married someone who had their head on straight and benfited greatly from it. And she sucked at making shirts, BTW...

Dr. Ken thinks Denise was a tree-hugging, group-thinking, bowl smoking, whack job.

I tend to agree.

And Sinbad was a used car salesman who later became the football coach at Hillman.

This was the greatest thread I ever missed. A couple of points:

The last time I watched a Cosby Show rerun (circa 2003), I wanted to somehow go through my TV screen and perform all kinds of unspeakable sexual acts with Denise. I LOVE Lisa Bonet. Fuck Lenny Kravitz...cheating bastard. If I could only meet an earthy, hippie, weed-smoking, "fuck it" type of girl like her....

Claire's parents were okay but her pops had a huge overbite. That scares me.

I find it weird that Bill Cosby would choose his buddy Earle Hyman to play his father when in reality they ware close to the same age. And the dude's hands used to shake all the time.

Vanessa was an afterthought. Whiny, not pretty, jealous, and a tattle-tell.

Sondra was the prettiest daughter but she had a body like a 10 year old boy. Eat a fuckin sammich.

Cockroach and Kenny were my favorite "supporting" characters.

Martin (Denise's husband) was a bitch, IMO.

I really liked Elvin but I wished he didn't let Sondra boss him around so much. The dude had no balls.

Blair Underwood was one of Denise's buddies on season one. He then went to T.V. law school and starred in L.A. Law a few years later. He must've been a fast learner.

The lip-synching and stage plays were fucking weird. What the hell was with 80s TV?

I know. Low and behold, Steve Urkel winds up hitting it years later.

They went to prom with Adam Sandler. Sandler had the second best looking girl in the group. Denny's girl was a monster.

Remember Robert Townsend's Cosby Show ripoff "The Parent Hood?" I hated that show but the girl who played his daughter was beautiful. She looks horrible now. Well...I wouldn't say horrible, but she hasn't aged all that well. She's only about in her early 30s.

Really? That's disapointing.

Speaking of ugly now, have you seen Lark Voorhies lately? She used to be so beautiful, then she went completely psycho on her face...
