This should be great. Going to see (¿Sí?) this tomorrow. Written and directed by Adam McKay, who also made Anchorman (my favorite movie) and Talladega Nights with Will Ferrell, so my expectations are high.

Great movie. Laughed my ass off throughout. I liked how they all seemed to play their roles straight, Ferrell only went over-the-top a couple of times. And even then, it was appropriate for the moment. Definitely worth seeing. I can't wait to see it again. A+

Really?

I thought it was average at best and REALLY dragged through the middle.

Of course it had it's moments - I loved the part about the lion and the tuna....

Hate to say it Dinner with Schmucks had more laugh out loud moments. ...and I was really looking forward to this flick.

My problem is, I hate Will Farrell.

Honestly, I think this was the worst movie I've ever seen. If not bottom 3 for sure and to think I wasted this as a 'me' pick film with the gf so now I get to see eat pray love.

Saw this over the weekend, not impressed at all. Only chuckled a few times and the movie overall was terribly fake.

Dinner for Schmucks was bad.

I think I made it about halfway through, and I couldn't watch it any more.

I think this movie would have been funnier with Sam Jackson and The Rock as the stars

I do think that Marky Marks character was funnier than Farrells though

Yes,that is correct. I also would have liked more of the Rock & SJ. They were funny for the time they were on screen. Still,a very funny movie compared to most other comedies I have seen lately.
