Besides the 2 super bowl seasons what was your favorite Bears season?

mine was 1984. We kind of knew the team was a year away but it was fun to watch the development and even as we were beaten by the 49ers we knew great times were ahead.

The year they had to beat the Cardinals by a bunch and have Washington lose to Dallas the final week of the year in order for Bears to make playoffs. Bears won I think 42-6, while Dallas came back from double digits down in the 4th to win 35-34. I think it was Buffone's last year. I think I was 10 years old.
