If the shit doesn't continue to happen, go see a doctor immediately. Also, erections lasting over four hours.

Brick, do me a favor, go to any search engine you can think of and type in "hacking tutorial"

I know that's a lot for you, but just try it out.

It's actually really easy to protect yourself with random internet people otherwise message boards wouldn't actively post your ip address like they do.

No one is getting into this computer from this site. You are welcome to try.

 Not trying to brag, but I actually took a 300 level class on computer security.

I know that hacking is possible. You'd have to actively try really hard to setup your computer so someone could turn them all off simultaneously(since that indicates you have a router and firewall).

Well his firewall works so well it keeps all rational , coherent thought out too.

Obviously if someone is posting from behind a corporate firewall, then trying to hack into their network, while possible, is going to be noticed and you're more likely to be caught/punished in some way.

However, if JBills is just posting from behind his home linksys or d-link or cisco or even cheaper cable/dsl router (or if he's foolish enough to just have his computer hooked up directly to the cable modem with no intervening router), then (i) getting in is way too easy (most users don't even change the default passwords for those things) (ii) unlikely to be noticed UNLESS you want to be noticed (most people aren't monitoring their incoming firewall/router logs the way a corporation does or watching for port scans coming from a russian proxy server). (iii) it's unlikely even if you're noticed that you'll be traced and (iv) and very unlikely LE will get involved unless it's a constant thing with multiple complaints etc.

You give someone with even rudimentary hacking skills a target and it's as soft a target as your typical home network...even easier if it has wifi and you're within range and can run Ethereal or other packet sniffing software on their wireless traffic.

Problem is, 99% of people's internet traffic is so boring you feel bad for them. So unless it's someone you have a particular interest in, there's not much to be gained from hacking home networks.

Man. Wow. Intelligent thoughts are not possible for most of you.

Like Ive said before. I knew someone who had their entire, home built pc set up for hacking. All you doubters have to do is search on this thing called the internet for simple knowledge on how to breach firewalls.

Thanks NWH. The home PC is directly hooked up to a Linksys router from the modem. My laptop is wirelessly attached to that router.

It's downright amazing how many people just outed themselves as internet retards.

What is really downright amazing is how you assume anyone from this board cares enough about you to make any attempt to circumvent your firewall. Nothing personal, but I am pretty sure no one really cares that much about you. That includes those that believe you to be an asshat.

I would recommend looking for the boogie man elsewhere. He surely exists...just not here.

Is hacking easier on a "home built pc"?

Hey man, we aren't the ones that got hacked. I know it's never happened to me but I won't call you a name for your poor internetting.

I don't even think he knows what happened.

It was me sorry.

It was the comment about me having "sticks" and "seeds" in my product

That's true and is the easiest way that people are hacked. I doubt that someone from this board is sitting in front of JBills house in order to shut his computer off.

Anyone else find it interesting that JBills has a friend who is a known hacker but blames us for some reason?

I knew you were bitter about that. Im sure you smoke the stickiest of the icky. Too bad the DEA has really been doing their job the last year or so. If they werent, I could show you some homegrown haze that would have you floating like Grandpa Freeman in that Boondocks ep. a month ago.
