Article Top 10 Fantasy Football sleepers, this season. Do you agree with the list? Who should or shouldn't be on the list?

Thoughts on Aromashodu being #1?

I wouldn't take Aromashodu before the 15th round in a 10 man draft. He was a practice squad player for the Colts in his initial season and hardly saw the field the following year. The Bears didn't really get him on the field until the 15th, 16th and 17th weeks of the season. Usually a guy with great ability doesn't sit that long before getting an opportunity. Or perhaps the Colts and Bears just did a poor job evaluating his abilities?? Or maybe he's just a late bloomer?? Once he did get the chance to play, he produced well. But did the Vikings overlook him in their game-planning? I dismiss the Lion game to some degree, because the Lions got scorched by most teams last season and their bags were packed long before that game. I like Aromashodu enough to consider 15, 16th round, but I like Knox a lot earlier.

As for the rest...Julian Edelman-Forget it. Wes Welker is gonna be back and they have Torry Holt (who had 51 catches for 772 yards on a lousy passing team last year) both ahead of Edelman.

Jermichael Finley- YES!! 6th round is where I target him. But to me, he produced too much last year, to be a true sleeper.

Kevin Kolb- Lots of good targets and after the top 6 QB's are gone, he's in a group I would consider. probably a good value.

Knowshon Moreno- I put the NO in MoreNO. I hate the offense. Without Brandon Marshall, defenses will constantly key on Moreno-because he's their only good weapon. He's already been hurt and I expect he will get hurt during the season, as much as defenses target him. The upside, is that he will have some nice games against some bad defenses mixed in.

John Carlson-Not a sexy pick, but a solid one. He's in that 2nd tier of TE's that are productive, but not outstanding (Gates/Clark/Witten). But I would have him around #7 amongst TE's, maybe lower. Lots of good TE's.

Jerome Harrison-Lousy O-line, yet he produced late in the season. But that wasn't against great defenses either. The Browns defense is gonna be a good one (remind me if I'm wrong-I'm sure you will) and that helps Harrison get the ball more. The passing game is nothing to be excited about, so defenses may stack it up against the run, making Harrison a guy I take only if I can get him in the 7th round or later.

Finley and Harrison I like. I love Chet Taylor this year getting Red Zone carries. And if the O Line is as great as Zach says it is, he should have like 46 touchdowns!!!

And they're talking Thanksgiving for Welker. Edelman will start.

Where did you see Thanksgiving for Welker?

This is from yahoo sports:

Tue, Aug 17
Welker (knee) made the trip to Atlanta for Thursday's preseason game against the Falcons, Providence Journal reports.
Recommendation: That said, it's unclear as to whether Welker, who did not play in last week’s exhibition opener, might play Thursday. Our guess is that he won't, but he has surprised us before, so we can't rule that possibility out. We do know that Welker's rehab/recovery from knee surgery continues to go well.

I think I saw it in one of the fantasy guides, but it was probably old info. It looks like his recovery is proceeding faster than normal. I still don't trust him. I wouldn't invest a high pick on Edelman. I just did a mock draft and he went in the 13th round, so you can get him cheap.

BTW, does anyone know why Vincent Jackson is ranked so low by Yahoo? Is he serving a suspension or something?

He's in the midst of a messy hold out.

WRONG....Welker will start the 1st game of the season it's already certain....Unless another injury should occur between now and then.

Yeah, it's an idiot league. You'd fit right in.

johnny, admitting you are an idiot takes guts man but it is the first step to recovery. Good job.

Oh, I took that step a long time ago.
