Will Rex finish with more completions or INTs? Right now they're tied at three...

The Bears WILL find a way to blow this game.

We're lucky Johnson sucks as bad as Rex.

That said, the Bears D will be gassed by the 4th. Rex can't keep them off the field.

the Bears have already found a way to lose the game, and it's the fact that they're not running the damn ball.

Fortunately, we have superhuman robots on the D to bail them out.

That's a play that should get Benson more playing time.

Why are they STILL passing?

It's pretty sad when even that fat, Ragu eating mother fucker Siragusa recognizes that your game plan sucks.

Yes. Rex is playing like shit right now. But why bother throwing three yard passes? To try to re-build Rex's ego?

Just put Benson in and let him run and run and run and run.

Time of Possession Minnesota (38) Bears (19) doesn't look as bad as Rex QB rating of 2.8.

Edit: that cool face should be an 8. I have no idea why that is showing up.

I love how Sirgusa acts like he's a genius for criticising the Bears for passing. Hey, no shit you fat struntz!

Turner's sure got some 'splaining to do.

Can't they fix Hillenmeyer's helmet?

Anyone see the Fox graphic for remaining Bears games? It had us playing Denver 2nd to last. Sure glad that's a misprint!

Does anyone else have Comcast and did your cable go out too? My cable went out half way through the 4th quarter and Comcast won't even take my call(due to the heave call volume). My internet still works though

I have Comcast, and I didn't lose the feed either. Looks like it was local to you (lucky you!).

LOL. My roommate was like "is that actually their schedule?" And I only saw the St. Louis game, so I said "yeah." Then he says "but it had them playing Pittsburgh and Denver; don't they play the Lions and Packers again?" Uh, yeah, I prefer their actual schedule. 8)

Even though they won, this does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about the offense.

Benson did great today and deserves mucho carries starting next week.

I'm hoping Rex's performance is due to Bear weather and a lingering hand injury from the Pats game.

He was Henry Burress bad today.

This was his worst game of the season to me. I know he had more turnovers in other games but he was at least able to move the ball consistently in those games.

He really looked like he had no confidence, particularly late in the game. He is in fact getting worse.

rex needs to go! that vikings defense was 30th in the nfl against the pass. maybe having him sit one week would take some pressure off him.

We did not need another thread for this game. Just read through the 11/16 game thread. All of the Rex comments apply to this game also.

1.3 QB rating? The trend is still going in the wrong direction and the Bears will not win in the playoffs with him playing this bad. After week five, I said Rex was the best Bear's QB I've seen. Today's performance was as bad as any in memory, and I have seen some bad ones.
We need to see Benson more also. Hey Turner, run the ball on first down will ya. And put Griese in, it can't get worse can it? Hell, Orton didn't look this bad in any game last year and I couldn't wait to get him out of there.

The Ron Turner Offense:
3rd and 2....20 yard pass.
3rd and 9....1 yard pass.

Dick, Moose, and Goose were quite aggravating today.
Anyone see Lovie give Benson a hug after the TD?

I'm starting to think Grossman is a head case. Is he trying to porve that everyone is wrong and he can go ddep whenever he pleases. This game was a huge step backwards in my opinion. th epassing game is les and less fluid every game.

Oh and here's a new thought, maybe Benson should get more carries... Is anybody home?? Give him the ball 30 times a game, he can do some damage.,..

They're going to stick with Rex. Lovie must REALLY believe Rex is the answer, because he has tied his fate to Rex's at this point. If Rex fails and the Bears don't at least make it to the Super Bowl, I blame Lovie from this point on. I like Rex and want him to succeed, but every bit of logic says go with the vet right now. Lovie will sink or swim with Rex.

i agree, if this team sticks with rex and bombs in the playoffs lovie should not be re-signed. bring someone else in here who knows how to get the job done.

I'm not saying I don't like Lovie or think he's a good coach. I just really hope he's right.
