The New York Times reports: Roger Clemens will be indicted on perjury charges for making false statements to Congress about his use of performance-enhancing drugs, according to the New York Times.

An announcement of the charges is expected in the near future, the paper reports.

It doesn't seem like the best use of prosecutorial resouces.

Plead out to 3 months.

He will be a hard ass, get beaten around in court and end up getting a year.
