What is really disheartening is that the Bears look like shit against the Raiders, one of the worst teams in the league. Cutler is going to get killed. It is inexcusable that the Bears didn't invest in the Offensive line, while Lovie spent $90 million on Peppers. The Bears season will be a carbon copy of the Cubs season. The fire Jerry & Lovie watch will begin in week 8 & they will be out of the race by week 10.

Dan runs over the female trainer, and Cutler keeps sucking on his juice box.

Or you could watch the NHL Network to see why it wasn't going to be the Western Conference's year

Punch yourself in the nuts for suggesting Packers over Bears.

I'm not sure what has been more painful tonight...watching the bumbling Bears or listening to bumbling Erik Kramer. Since the Bears pre season games are on Fox, couldn't they use Tom Waddle instead?

Good thing the Bears took advantage of John Kirk's crack scouting skills and drafted Dan LeFeavor.

I thought you were smart enough to know that you cant judge the success of a draft pick in the first year.? Remember Brett Favre?
You're the same guy who defended Denver drafting Tim Tebow in the first round. Good lord.

I said Denver reached for him where they got him, but not as much as people were saying, and Tebow going in the first round wasn't a huge surprise. Also, John Kirk rule.

You spent the better part of a week praising your plucky QB from Central Michigan for whom you've never missed a game. He can barely complete a pass and has fumbled repeatedly, against third string competition. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that he wasn't the third best QB in the draft or whatever you were hyping him as.

I'm not sure how a QB can "barely complete a pass". Rex Grossman went to a Super Bowl "fumbling repeatedly". Sure its a homer pick rooting for Dan. I saw him play in HS & I like the local kid gets drafted by the home team story. There are first round draft picks who will be miserable failures & there are round 6 draft picks who will be pro bowlers. Neither you nor I know with any certainty how any player will do.
If nothing else, at least I now know what you think of Jerry Angelo as a GM.

Tom Waddle's in the FOX32 studio with Jill Carlson on the station's pre & postgame show for these 4 preseason games, Scorehead. Even though the games are on FOX32, all 4 of these preseason games are actually produced by the team. The announcers, Sam Rosen, Erik Kramer & Lou Canellis, are all paid by the team to call this garbage.
