I used to park at 35th and State until JR got the city to meter the spaces. Then I parked in the neighborhood until the 3 people who actually own units go the city to zone park. Now I park at 37th and State or in the neighborhood next to the police station.

Quentin can disappear for a couple weeks. He's only 27 and I certainly want him back with the Sox next year but as the full time DH. He can maybe play the field once or twice a week to give a guy a rest but that's all I want to see him out there. Maybe it will also help him to stay healthy.

RFDC, I agree with you. I've also seen enough of Omar and the #11, too. Even though I read on chicagobreakingsports.com that Vizquel actually wants to return next year, I want #11 back in mothballs! Pick another number!

Right on cue (or is it que??) Quentin hurts himself diving for a fly ball in right field last night. I sure hope they intend to bring in a right fielder next year to help this guy stay in one piece.

Keyser, the Carlos Quentin situation will be one of the toughest calls of the upcoming offseason for the White Sox. In my opinion, while he is thisclose to finishing the season with 30 homers despite a batting average currently at .243, I think he can't stay fully healthy over the long term and the White Sox will end up trading CQ in the offseason.

After leaving last night's game vs. the Red Sox with an injured ankle, I don't expect CQ to be in Ozzie's lineup vs. lefty Jon Lester to wrap up the season series between the two tonight and he might not be available for the Indians' series this weekend to wrap up the '10 regular season in front of likely a lot of empty seats at "The Cell".
