Agreed with the Whackpack comment and it's funny as well. Will say very High IQ crowd as we had 3 in our group who are Northwestern grads, not sure where BM went and Pete from Libertyville lost to a women on Jepordy on a sports question which is funny . Good guys and all of you should at least come out to one remote and say hello .

When the English version of this comes out, wake me up.

You know when responding to STU, sometimes you have to go a little overboard to get your point across.

Okay, we know Spaulding was on Stu's lap. But I'm wondering whose lap Terry was on. li'l danny was back at the studio with Spiegs, so who was pulling Terry's strings at the remote that day?

I didn't think ripping on a chucklehead like Stu and going out to bars were mutually exclusive ideas

One more observation on this quote. I know it was meant as a compliement, but it acutally is an insult. He's been training under B&B for 8 years. Now Mac says he needs 10 more years. How many people in radio have to produce for 18 years before they get a shot? I would guess it's never happened. What does he need to learn, Mac?

I haven't heard Mac and Goff do shows, but I do hear Goff take some jabs at Mac on the B&B show. It doesn't always seem good natured, sometimes it seems hostile. Like Goff feels he has to chest up to Mac to prove something. Maybe cuz Mac represents a certain "kind" that B&B rail against and Goff wants to fight that fight. Anybody else get this impression? When they do shows together, does it get a little hostile and awkward?

Goff should tread lightly. Look what happened to Dave Miska.

Or, he could become a host next year and still be popular 10 years from now.

When Goff hosted with Boers, Goff took some shots at him having to host with Oak Park Vandy when he does Mac's show. He said something like "I guess Vandy is there to translate my thoughts for white people." I don't know, maybe just be happy Mac haves you, instead of taking shots of having to work with a 3rd partner. His shots at Vandy kind of rub me the wrong way. Sometimes it's just best to show gratitude and be happy with what you do have instead of always crying and bitching. But what do I know?

Yea ,Goff is sooo street most of his oh so hip observations and musings go right over us white folks heads. Must be that hardscrabble Evanston upbringing.

Anyone and everyone who has to work with Vandy should feel compelled to take shots at him, especially Goff given their respective paths to being on air.

Once again, shame on Mitch for letting Mac put his buddy on the air rather than a guy who deserves it like Goff.
Goff should be pissed about Vandy. I dont blame him a bit. WTF has Vandy ever done in radio?

Jason started out as a caller to Mac's show back in the day as well and Mac was the guy who got Jason his job so I don't know where all the Vandy bashing gets confused here. Vandy has been doing fill in work for some 5 years and has worked at WGN according to Slapnuts .

Again Mac picks the guys he wants to work with and has earned that right like it or not .I don't see Bernstein or Boers falling all over Goff to get him air time so for Goff to bash Vandy is douchebag worthy and a slap at Mac. I love that these guys cry and bitch about air time and if they were worthy of it they should be paired with LOhO AND THEY ARE NOT .

Vandy is a fill in at best and maybe a future weekend guy and so is Goff who has actually had a night show which failed . Pretty much crap out there right now which is why the current line up's have 9 lives.

The difference is that Goff has more than paid his dues for the last 10 years working his way up from intern to producer to host. Vandy just has the "fortune" to be Mac's buddy.

Again why is up to Mac to give Goff his platform if he's been at this for 10 years and can't beat out Holmes or Drinky for a gig then that tells me Mac feels Vandy has more talent to make it in the 5 short years he's filled in . I have no ties to Vandy so if you think he sucks fine but the debate on who Macs brings in to guest host is up to him . I said before Boers and Bernstein must not think the guy is all that and a bag of chips because he never is guest hosting .

I hate American Idol for the same fact that you give some schmuck a Music carear based on a few weeks in front of 20 million dumb fucks who can't tell the difference between the fucking "'Monkey's " and the "Beatles" so who cares who has paid dues as it's all about short cuts and who your blowing .
