Bears lose 24-13

I think they've done the opposite of what I've thought every week so they have that going for them.

IU has no defense, they would win 44-42 :)

This game is a hard one to figure, especially because the Redskins haven't done a lot offensively with Donovan McNabb quarterbacking their offense and their defense that I believe is statistically terrible and has given up a lot of yards. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why the Redskins are 3-3 going into Sunday's game. I just think the Bears somehow find a way to escape with a 23-16 home win to go into their bye week.

I have no fuckin idea what this game is gonna bring. So even with the sloppy field I'll say...

Martz calls tons of passes and somehow, a lot of them work.

Redskins are top 10 in passing yds per game.

Redskins defense indeed gives up the most yards per game in the league, but they are top 10 in terms of red zone defense.

They let teams go 20-to-20 (or thereabouts) and then shut them down, as they did to Peyton Manning repeatedly last week. Colts really should've won by more than 3 points, based on all the yards they racked up passing and rushing, but the Colts had 3 or 4 trips well within scoring range where they came up empty.

Cutler is hospitalized after the second play from scrimmage and the game is called due to ineptitude at the end of the first quarter.

Redskins 10, Bears 0

bears will score first... then take an early 3-14 lead... then in the 2nd half be absolutely stagnent on offense and lose the game 17-14.

Is this the worst offensive line in league history for a 4-2 team? What a total disgrace this is.

The Bears have not gotten anything on the ground again. They have given up sacks when attempting to throw it. They won't make the playoffs.

Its beyond embarassing. Cutler is going to get killed. On every drop back he has been hit, knocked down, or sacked.

Playoffs? They'll be lucky to win another game! Don't talk about playoffs.

Cutler will be sacked at least 5 more times the rest of this game. Every facet of the offense blows. The D is holding up for now but for how long? At this point they will be on the field for about 45 mins in this game

Two years in a row they will have started 3- 1 and don't make it. I recall several radio personalities telling listeners to calm down and not to worry. Only a low percentage of teams that start 3 - 1 don't make the playoffs.

Agreed. Why are they winning. I'm actually mad that they are because the aren't playing well enough to win.

The shame is that if the Bears only had an average offensive line, you would have to think the Bears would be near the top in a bad year for the NFC.

The defense is good, not great, but good and the the special teams consistenly outperform the other team week in and week out.

Knox, Hester, Bennett are solid, Olsen is a pretty good tight end. Forte has some breakaway ability and Taylor has shown in past years he can grind out yards. I think Cutler is a very good QB, not elite, but very good.

But his offensive line is awful, when you can't pass block or run block, hard to do anything on offense.

If you had the Bears offensive line from '06, this team could be 6-0 right now.

Hester has been completely ineffective as a returner in this game. He hasn't even touched the ball.....
