Jimmy John's. They deliver and I'll happily pay someone a couple bucks to be able to stay inside currently.

Went back to Jimmy Johns for the tuna sub again. Had it yesterday and had 2 goals and 5 assists in my team's 8-5 win last night. Skating tonight at the UC so I figured if it ain't broke don't fix it.

jj gargantuan and the italian night club are the two best sandwiches from JJ. i still like the veggie and the roast beef one, too. but the turkey tom isn't good, neither is the one with avocado and sprouts. it's just loaded with banality.

the jjblt is sometimes decent, sometimes not. i don't know why that is.

I actually think the tuan at JJ is good. I definitely like it better than Subway, although its been awhile since I had it there.

Don't think I've ever seen one, only heard about them. I don't think there are any in the northern suburbs.

The furthest north I've seen is Schaumburg.

I had a bacon double-cheeseburger from Buona Beef for lunch...still digesting the thing, it was absolutely ginormous. A friend recommended it, otherwise I wouldn't have ever tried a burger from there, but it was
pretty damn good!

Really? I've never had a burger there. I have the obvious stuff when I do go...which isn't often simply because there are better options when you want that type of food. But I'll have to at least try the burger.

Yeah, I hadn't ever even thought of a Buona burger, and, while I think that they have a double cheeseburger on the menu, I think you have to ask for the bacon on it as a special topping, but one of my friends treated me to lunch and ordered it for me before I got there. I had it at the one on Naperville Road. I think it's better than a Portillo's burger, which was kind-of my benchmark 'til now...
