Hey, maybe the wilderness store was his dream.

I still maintain that he should not have married Sondra, but that's neither here nor there.

You know I hate that saying, if it's neither here nor there than were is it?

Hey, Steve Cochran and Sarah Spain are subbing for Waddle and Silvy. Now you know why Ben left. He's been pushed down the pecking order. Disney corportate bastards!!! I guess Hood has been pushed down too.

Beardown, it's the "Bristol-ization of ESPN Radio". Besides, Cochran got a raw deal from the guy Mac calls "Pig Vomit", WGN 720 Program Director Kevin Metheny...

OK, so he's been there for two months. Meh. I'm sure he's a good producer and all but his input to the show reminds me of Oak Park Vandy. Mostly lame attempts at humor. Haven't heard him do his own show so can't comment on that.

Agreed.

I heard him do a show with Rozner and it was really strange because they have the same voice....

Goff does that on B&B, 10 fold. I got no problem with it.

Goff's input has more substance.

both finji and goff are funny men. both have substance. both are terrific producers. ben is the best sound guy i ever have worked with and that's a large sample of producer boys. after his third or fourth show back, he and i fell into our old rhythm "like frazier and monroe." (mat damon as mikey mcdermott in "rounders")

Who's the other guy so said you're trying to bring from ESPN? Is that gonna happen?

Again, I'm really only talking about on-air input. I'm sure they are good at what they do producer-wise. I will say, Mac, that I did like Miska's input. I like Goff and Matty's input also. Matty's input seems to have been reduced in recent years and that's too bad.

I liked Dave Miska's input, too. I like working at a radio station that employs Dave Miska. I like Dave Miska.
