All these cable networks do that shit. You start off as presenting one thing, then you turn into something else. You have to give a network like Comedy Central credit for not changing who they are.

I agree the channel sucks now, but why drop it? is it really hurting Directv to carrry it?? i still record and watch Attack of the Show and Xplay every day. Granted, it takes me 20 minutes to watch that hour and a half block once I am done fast forwarding through all the dumb parts, but I still like those shows.

They are dropping it because they want to pay less for it than they are now and G4 wants the same deal.

My twitter feed was littered last week with various G4 employees complaining about how DirecTV doesn't see the value in carrying G4 anymore...I absolutely agree with DirecTV. Get some fresh programming in there or kill the channel, because right now it sucks for 22 1/2 hours every day.

If 'Attack of the Shows" moved to MTV, G4 is a shell.
