Sparky had the grey hair back in the 70's along with the craggy face. He used to tell the story that he looks like shit now but in 30 years people will say: "That Sparky Anderson never changes".

He looked like he was 76 years old about 30 years ago. I'm surprised to learn that he was even still alive.
