Yea, unless you want to pay ESPN insider money to look at it which is complete shit and no one should fork over even a penny for it. They should be giving that our for free....BECAUSE THEY GET PAID THROUGH COMMERCIALS AND ADS ON THE NET. Pisses me off that those jackasses feel the need to take an additional $9.99 from us along with all the other income they already get to make that public. It's not as if they are the only people privileged to have a list like that. It's free somewhere. Assholes...

It's free if you get ESPN the magazine.

well, of course. They still need something out of your pocket.

I typed this round 1 before the Sugar Bowl game. I believe Al Davis has now locked in on Russell. As weird as it sounds, I think the Raiders end up taking Russell at 1, and now Quinn slides to 2 as the Lions feel they get a gift. Brohm would move up to the Jax pick. I'll do my next update after the Superbowl.

If Zbikowski didn't have the hype of playing for ND and for being a boxer he would be a second day pick. He was the best player on a bad defense.

I know Brady Quinn is a very good QB but something about him just screams average QB to me. He put up big numbers but I just don't see it. He also didn't play very well in big games(with tons of offensive talent). He also was outplayed in his last game. I hope he goes to the Lions.

I am showing my anti-ND bias.

I see the same thing. I think he can develop, but to go to a team like the Raiders or Lions could stunt that development. The Raiders need a QB right now and I don't think Quinn will be ready for a year or two. The Lions are King Midas in reverse--everything they touch, they destroy.

No, I think Brady has shown more to me than Mirer did. Mirer was in the run first offense in the Holtz days. Quinn has been more of a pro style offense and thrived most Saturdays. He'll be a good QB, maybe not #1 pick worthy but I haven't seen anyone in the draft that is that worthy other than Joe Thomas.

Russell has a ton of upside, but the rumor is he is lazy and not a good practice QB.

Brohm - is he a system guy?

Troy Smith - Next Vince Young?

I not writing the guy off, but Hawkeye, he’s not even close to Young’s size. Smith seems to be more like a scrambling Grossman.

Now, if Grossman could only be more like a stationary Troy Smith. 8)

I don't disagree with you Bucket. My comment was more on how people will compare Smith with Young in the draft. Smith seems to be a more refined passer than Young. Young is a better runner.

If I was comparing Smith to someone in recent memory - he's a better passer but similar to Brad banks who never made an NFL roster.

WR,
What do you think of Chris Leak's draft prospects after the game last night?

It also moves Thomas to the Bucs but Calvin Johnson should remain with the Browns.

I reall thnk the Raiders are the wild card in this. We all know how odd Al Davis is. Brady Quinn was horrible last night, with really no help of course. Jamarcus had a kick ass game. Who the hell knows what the Raiders do.

The Raiders will probably not take another OL so early after taking Gallery early a few years back. They have to draft a QB.
