I was disappointed that he didn't show off the wheels today.

He had some good showings for the rams too, but he has not proved that he can do it for more than a few games...

he had a chance to win the last two games in the dwindling seconds and/or overtime... both triumphant victory marches ended with INTs. he seems to melt down in the clutch.

This "Grizzly Adams" QB went to Harvard & scored a 48 on the Wonderlic test. 50 is a perfect score. The average QB score is 24. In other news, Vince Young scored a 6 the first time he took the test. Anything below 10 is considered illiterate.

Cutler & Orton both scored 26.

I don't know. I know he's richer than Jeff George. How many quarterbacks have we seen that have a decent half season of football and get a big contract the next offseason?

How many of those have worked out?

I also rememer Derek Anderson. He took Cleveland to the playoffs, got paid, and promptly returned to sucking so bad that he was benched the next season.

There would have been a five page thread mfing Cutler if he was picked at the end of the game.

Fitzpatrick is playing the best football of his life. Remember, he went into the season as a backup to Trent Edwards.

+1

Jim Miller praised Fitzpatrick for how he ran the offense yesterday, but if Cutler threw a bad pass deep in his territory that would have lead to the other team scoring the winning TD, he would have been crucified, and rightly so.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Better than Jay Cutler? You've got to be kidding! Ryan is a journeyman QB, folks. Chances are, the Bills will look for a quarterback with their #1 overall pick, regardless of the NFL's shaky labor status.

He throws a mean intentional grounding.

Sounds like a character in a Ben Affleck Boston movie.
