Tall Midget is not going to truly meet his goal weight by eating only apples.

It's the only method that seems to work for Tall Midget. Tall Midget has very little for lunch, but a larger dinner. Tall Midget has not succeeded in the past by moderately reducing caloric intake at lunch and dinner.

Tall Midget only eats the apples left on his desk by adoring students after class.

I had a create your own panini with turkey, cheddar, mayo, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion. It was good, though maybe not worth the $6.95 (flat rate for all paninis there). It was average size...though not much meat...additional meat costs $2.00 extra. Typical Naperville place, cute food for way too much money. I might go there again, but it was nothing special. A no-name deli would do it just as good, if not better, for cheaper.

Also, the wait. I had to wait at least 7-8 minutes from when my order was made until it was ready. Pretty ridiculous for a sandwich.

You could have bought almost 80 shares of their stock for that price. Their expansion model is weird... they apparently started in the Denver area with 16 franchises there, but then they kind of scattershot expanded across the country -- so where does the advertising dollar go? You aren't seeing or hearing anything about the Spicy Pickle around here... better model, IMHO, is to try to open five or six stores probably close to your home office in Denver -- maybe SLC. Then you can run some local advertising, everybody constantly hears about the Spicy Pickle, and boom you have shot of succeeding. This thing is off in an outlot of a home improvement themed strip mall that is only accessible in the northbound direction of 59. So much fail here. :shaking:

Going to the Bulls game tonight...so I'm also not even sure if I want to eat a lot now so I'm less hungry there and spend less money...or if I want to eat light now so I can mow down a philly cheesesteak and a few hotdogs.

Just eat one thing at the United Center, you will instantly be not hungry due to the shittyness of the food there.

Switch it up a little and have an orange or maybe a mango if you are feeling frisky.

A woman in my dept. celebrated 25 years here at work so we had a luncheon in
her honor. Food included pasta and regular salad, baked salmon, breaded chicken,
mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, and a few different deserts. Feels like I just had
Thanksgiving dinner. I need to find a conference room to take a nap in for an hour.
