anyone see john wall go off? damn. the kid can play... i wonder if he and rose are going to have some sort of rivalry over the years, guarding each other and potentially busting heads in the playoffs... i think wall is a better defender than rose and maybe even slightly more athletic, whilst d-rose is stronger.

utah has stormed back to hold a 4 point lead over orlando with 1:44 left in teh 4th. howard just went 1/2 from the line for a 3 point lead. HOW WILL BULLS WEST PULL THIS ONE OUT?! deron williams. damn.

edit: i'm shit with directions, what can i say?

OH YEAH! WE'VE GOT CLIPPERS/SAN ANTONIO ON! WOO!!

nothing like getting some vinnyball and seeing the beastly griffin kid, who might be an NBA something if he could get some polish on his offensive game and continue developing that jumper.

good game in new york here.... oh yeah. don't anybody interfere in MY THREAD mwahhaha.

down by as much as 19, the knicks have made 28 straight free throws en route to retaking the lead but the warriors started chuckin threes in, a couple of transition layups and BOOM! the knicks are jackin up threes that ain't going in... stoudamire drawin big clutch fouls. comeon golden state... fuck the knicks!

edit: right after i typed that amare missed two big ones... and david lee has a chance to really put the knicks away here with two free throws but his left elbow seems to really be hurting him... white basketball would take a big hit without d-lee...

anyways it's so weird to hear knicks games without marv albert... viva la nets.

looks like the knicks are done. something tells me d'antoni's hair/mustache won't move either way.

vinny del negro has been encouraged by the clippers ability to fight back during their current losing streak.

evidently, vinny is innovating the game of basketball... maybe someday when there's a stat category of '"moral victories" we'll thank the father of the stat, vinny the black. oh and speaking of, @vinnytheblack is worth following on twitter. he's been on point since last season and has a wonderful palette to paint this year's picture with.

ok i don't think i'm tripping here... but like, it's halftime of the timberwolves/kings game airing on NBA tv... and their halftime story is covering the jazz/heat game from yesterday.... the jazz beat the orlando magic tonight, so they're already a full game past this.

evidently, it's not just ESPN that's all about forcing the heat down our throats.

edit: the spurs are closing out the clips at the end of the third here.. bad shots a-gogo.. kaman sprained his ankle the other night and is out for 2-3 weeks, baron the bum is in street clothes... so barring a complete and utter miracle this one's not looking good. vinny's going to be well below .500 for his coaching career if he can survive long enough to stay the chief clipper.

hahahahah vinny del negro WIRED FOR SOUND: guys, you gotta guard... you really gotta guard here.

just wait until vinny reaches the super saiyajin level and his hair turns bleach blonde and stands straight up and he screams his brilliant coaching with DA FIRE AND DA PASHIN and it takes shape for the mighty clippers... they'll be unstoppable. the lakers will play their home games at the clippers home arena! WORLD FAMOUS CLIPPERS FAN FRANKIE MUNIZ WILL BECOME A CELEBRITY AGAIN!

now bernstein has got us all paranoid that derrick's foot is going to fall of and thibbs is running hum and noah into the groiund, but still, it's nice to have an actual coach as opposed to the vinny del negro experience.

Both of my squads won last night. It was kinda hard to continue watching Milwaukee/Atlanta once the Mavs game started. I will say this, Milwaukee can put points up in a hurry. Atlanta broke out to a big 13 point lead early in the 1st quarter but by the time the 2nd quarter started, Milwaukee had already taken the lead. 17-point win for my guys. Atlanta looked really flat outside of the hot start. And MIKE BIBBY BE FLOPPIN.

And regarding Milwaukee, I'm not sure I'd necessarily make Da Boo the runaway favorites for the central. Obviously the Cavs are playing over their heads, but don't sleep on the Bucks. They have some guys who can easily have offensive outbursts, and they have a pretty deep bench as well.

Regarding Mavs/Memphis, I just can't figure out what the Grizz are missing. They're a fun team that ultimately are mired in mediocrity. I'm upset that Dirk cut off the rockstar long hair. Now he just looks like a smelly European ball player.
