I'm going to toss my worthless carcass on the fire for fun. I am going to see
John Mellencamp this weekend in Chicago at the Chicago Theatre. It's not
Jovi but I do what I can when I am forced into it. Judging by his set lists I'll
at least get a few good tunes.

PS..... Anyone else gonna be there?... I'll buy the brews....

I am not a BigFan of his work but I hear that John Cougar actually puts on a pretty solid show FWIW

Mellencamp Puts on a good show.

Love the guy. His tunes take me back to the underage drinking days and nights of my youth. That's my dog food.

Boston would be the band I wish would go away.

I refuse to believe you listen to anything other than Ke$ha at the gym. I actually liked simple plan when I first heard them 10 or so years ago.

Earphones are banned in the lifting part of our gym so I am stuck with the radio station they put on for the day. Its usually this trailer park/truckstop rock station from West Virginia that features the finest from the bands I originally mentioned in this thread (Hinder/Seether/Nickelback/Buckcherry....) I would gladly take the CFR as long as its not just 20 songs on repeat.

it pretty much is...except it's the crappiest 20 songs from the past 4 decades. i hear the same songs at least 3-4 times a week.

then again, i go 7 days a week. i don't think they expect that kind of attendance from most gym goers.

Hopefully there is some Bowling for Soup to go along with your Simple Plan.
