The last 2 years, the winner has gone somewhere else, Buffalo to the now defunct Toronto Bowl and Central Michigan last year went to the GMAC Bowl. The loser in Ohio did go back to Detroit to play in the Little Caesar's bowl.

The yahoo bowl predictions have NIU playing Ohio in the Pizza Bowl which is absurd. Hopefully that matchup is far from reality.

They have changed it to Northern Illinois vs Louisville, I can't imagine 2 teams playing each other from the same conference.

Yes, it is updated, I just went to Yahoo and then NCAAF and bowl projections. Of course it needs updated, they have Arizona State on their and collegefootballtalk.com says their bowl waiver has been denied.
