I remember people ripping me for thinking Matt could cut it. He's a good host and he's decent solo, which is hard to do. Don't know why everybody gets so down on him without even having heard him. He's at least got independent thought, unlike Larry. And Jason, loosen up friend. You sounded a little tight yesterday.

That was the original plan. LoHo was originally scheduled to guest host "The Mac Show" today with Matt Abbatacola guest hosting tomorrow from 9a-1p leading up to Westwood One's national broadcast of the Hyundai Sun Bowl between Notre Dame & Miami.

Keep in mind that LoHo's more than just the SCORE's nighttime host. I have a feeling that he & Zach Zaidman's travel plans for Saturday's DePaul/Georgetown game at the Verizon Center in Washington have been affected by last weekend's snowstorm in the Northeast. I think the airports there are still backlogged.

I like Espo and Roede. They're an easy listen which can not be said about the fill ins earlier in the week. I wish one of these two were paired with Rosey on saturday mornings.

I wasn't anticipating the team of the Chris Chelios-looking Mike Esposito and Matt "The Dancing Fool" Rodewald this morning, but I liked what I heard on short notice. By the way, a caller mentioned "The Dancing Fool's" footwork on NBC5's "Dance Friday", and Rodie tried to tell this caller how bad he is at the end of the station's Friday morning newscast before "The Today Show". If you tune in around 6:55a Fridays, you'll know what I'm referring...
