Miami trying to tie the record for the biggest FBS turnaround tonight against Middle Tennessee State. They were 1-11 last year and 4-4 this year until winning 5 straight including the MAC Championship Game.

Mike Haywood, the MAC's coach of the year, left the team to go coach at Pitt, but got too wife abusey so now he's out of a job. Their new coach, Don Treadwell, will be at the game tonight. Excited to see what he can bring to the program next year as his years at Michigan State should provide good experience.

Should be kind of a boring game played by a bunch of guys who have no chance of going pro. Go Hawks!

It was Haywood's baby-mama, not his wife. I'm sure he'd want that to be clear.

Much like Scorehead, I'm looking forward to seeing Danica as much as possible tonight.

I heard she couldn't make it so they have Mark Martin filling in.

Yes it is, asshole. Admittedly, this game should be played before New Years, but I'm still excited to watch tonight.

Just think, this was a REWARD for Miami winning the MAC. I think NIU got the better deal.

Take the under 48.5 hard.

Yeah, I never understand that. All season, it's "Win the MAC, go to the pizza bowl in Detroit". Then the winner goes to Mobile, runner-up goes to Boise, and somebody else goes to Detroit.

Well, it is called the GoDaddy.com Bowl...  If the winning team gets a date with Danica Patrick, the first thing I'd tell her is obvious. START WINNING RACES!!!

I have a question relevant to the GAME. Is the qb from Miami returning from his bruised kidney or whatever the hell he had?

No he is still too upset to be scene in public since Brady broke his consecutive passes without an interception streak.

That doesn't mean Kosar won't be drinking during it.

Thus Miami U in the title SHARK. The one in Florida is University of.

I think Austin Boucher (not the guy w/ the lacerated Kidney) is starting tonight. Although I can't find official word either way.

This has nothing to do with Danica.

The guy with the lacerated spleen is Miami (OH) QB Zac Dysert, who suffered it November 10th. I've got to think Boucher's the starter tonight for the RedHawks.

Do you think he ruptured it trying to accost a co-ed in a bathroom SHARK?

With Dwight Dasher of Middle Tennesee State out there, he could be the only player to watch tonight against the Red Hawks, yes this one should be played earlier, but I imagine people will still watch.

Did you not read the part about Danica Patrick? She'll be there.

You're probably right about people watching, Reents. That said, there are too many bowl games and there are 2 more meaningless ones Saturday leading up to the BCS Championship Game Monday night in Glendale, AZ.

Dan, I'm going to go out on a limb here...you seem to be quite defensive of the imitation U. Did you go to Miami of Ohio?

Isn't there a whole slate of games until the National Championship? They are better than this one, but LSU, A&M, Nevada, BC and 2 other teams have games left don't they?
