That last segment almost made me pull my hair out of my head.

Salisbury ranted about media and how HES NOT QUITTING OR GETTING FIRED, EVER.

Sorry, I was excited.

That said, mac said his days were numbered.
I assume that means.....a small number?

I totally missed it. He was yelling really loud, but I was on the phone with a customer. Does anyone have a rundown of this. I'm dying to know specifically what he said and who he wass saying it to.

He told "bloggers" this morning to get out of their basement, watch some tv, and learn how to listen.

He was yelling at bloggers? He wasted his time yelling at people posting the story of his cell phone incident I take it.

I'd love to tell him I'll see him at the beach if he gets fired or something.

I only heard bits and pieces, but I think he referenced the "j e w" comment as well.

He also went on to thank the bloggers for all the pub and money he will make now superbowl week when radio shows will ask him to come on and explain the "chew" incident.

Rosie just stayed out of the way.
Sean was REALLY pissed.
Rosie finally cut it off with a "we will use this for your response any time something comes up, and put it on the podcast. Salisbury and Rosenbloom"

There was a part about his shows always winning, and the "clowns" next door.....what, are they near fox or something?

And uh, he blasted sherman also.

I wish there was an edit button, but I assume botters rule the forums then.

He said he was talking about the players "chewing" up and down the field and how they chew. A NY Blogger thought he heard the j word and made a big stink on the blog about it. This whole thing was just painful to listen to BTW. At any rate, Sean then starts yelling about how blog just made him another 25 thousand dollars and to keep blogging away, making him rich. Then he hinted that all bloggers were stupid and he'll just make money off the stupid people. At that point I sighed and changed the chanel.

First of all, hello Sean and thanks for checking out the message board.

Who said anything about getting fired, you did. Take some nights off. Travel and the drink are making the product suffer. Taking a photo of your penis is fun and legal, but you're better than that.

You are paid to talk and be on TV. Sean, some nights that HD is not very kind to your face. I know they mix in the studio makeup and them lights are really hot.

Sean please be good to yourself, you deserve it. I will keep listening to your show for hopefully a very long time. I hope you're here long enough to be more hated than Skip Bayless in this town. I don't care where you broadcast from, just read the papers before getting on air. Ask Rosey.

The stones on this guy are something! And, no, I'm not referring to the pic. I used Saywhat software (good for clearing up bad audio like answering machines and streamed audio clips) and I still can't be sure whether he meant to say "j ew" or "Ch ew." Chew fits better with what he was ranting on about in the clip, but to the ear, it really sonded like a "j". Sadly, he's such an incompetent broadcaster that I, for one, can't make my mind.

This morning's rant, though, was rank assholery. Justin Craig or Justin Case or Justin Time should have pulled him off the air.

I was listening to the Steve Czaban show on Fox Radio this morning and they were going through the ESPN "Experts" and identifying those who truly are "experts" on football (Tom Jackson, Ron Jaworski), those who are media types (Berman, Mort, Patrick, etc.) and those who are ex jocks trying to be media types (Golic, Schlereth, HOge, etc). WHen they got to Uncle Rico, the group said they had to create a special category..he's not an expert and not a media guy...just a Loud Talker.
