Trying to automatically attach a signature with a link.

I created the signature and it is ready, just want it to be automatically inserted into every email I send. I can manually get it done, but would love to do without the buttons pushing each time.

TOOLS OPTION MAIL FORMAT Says I have it setup? Any suggestions?

Should be in the upper right of the "Signature and Stationery" form. . . The screen you created your signature.

You can do it in 2003.

Tools> Options> Mail Format> Signatures

Even after you select that particular signature as the one to use for new mails and replies and forwards?

Is it working in any of the emails? I cannot get a signature to work IF I am say in Excel and attempt to send a document as an attachment from Excel. It will create the email without the signature. I then have to go to Insert and insert the signature (It formats incorrectly, but it will add it). If the signature is an important aspect of each email it is easier to goto Outlook, create the email with the signature and then attach the document.

Also, are you certain that Under Options/Mail Format/Signatures: you properly updated the email account (mine lists a pop account email server, not the email address) that should use the signature and selected the "signature name" you want populated for new messages and replies/forwards?

So the account you want to use this for does show? When you click on signatures, you can see your new signature, or signatures at the top of the pop up?

If all of this checks out, you stumped me.

not sure about that. I don't think that has anyting to do with the signatues. That is for actually sending out emails.
but as JORR said, you go to Tools-Options-Mail Format-Signatures
Did you create a file name for your signature? If so, does that now shos in the 2 drop boxes for your options for new emails and replies/forwards?
