For the last ten years or more, Yahoo and other places have had message boards for every company stock. IR people in almost every company read those boards daily, comment on them and use them to address questions, concerns and comments about the company and the stock. Other boards address complaints and comments about customer products. Marketing and service people follow those boards religiously. In this regard, the Score guys are not only way behind the times, but also reflecting the poor thinking in their company. When any business disparages some of their constituents (listeners/customers/investors, communities, etc.), it says a lot about how that business is managed and the respect they don't have for their constituents. The Score might be one of the few businesses in America that openly trashes the concept of "listening to the customer".
