Hello, fitness friend.

Is that one Jared Lorenzen?

I think that's him...He had a brief cup of coffee with the Colts & Giants before literally eating his way out of the NFL.

I wonder how good he would have been at 220lbs... He put up impressive numbers at Kentucky, albeit in a Run and Gun system. All he had to do was take an off-season to get in shape...

I like those Tech minutes. They seem to shit on every single thing and tell you why people who have your phone number will now have keys to your house if you download this update.

The American Express Rewards Commercial fucking sucks. you know the one:

Guy ordering food at McDonald's...

"I'll have a beach bag...I mean, a Big Mac. Ooooh, and let me have some new shades. I mean, a thick shake."

Easily the worst commercial of 2011, amongst a lot of strong candidates. The one with the lady who stops at the gas station before taking her kids to school is equally as fucking lame and annoying.

That's fucking irritating because it's not even logical. Before the fucktarded fuckstick orders his latently homosexual pal tells him he's buying. The points from this dickhead's card wouldn't even be applied to his card. Shut the fuck up! The way he says, "Yeah" like a beaten dog makes me want to piss in his shake. The worst commercial running.

I see The Industrial Strip is the new Heavenly Bodies, both with their skanks and their commercials. Stay classy Score!

it's usually radio ads that stir up the rage.

always makes me think of "city slickers" with the pizza guys commercial that is "causing accidents" on the road. it's so true.

The people responsible for those ads should be drowned in a puddle of piss.

The worst of all those skank commercials is the Blackjacks ones. The bitch doing the read sounds so fucking gross. The mere sound of her voice is damn near enough to turn Don Juan queer. It's as if they went out of their way to find a voice that could convey "ugly skank" to listeners. Probably not a winning strategy for a titty bar.

I am meagerly paid to write advertisements, so I understand the mnemonic value of a rhyme. However, even if you do in fact get a great deal more, I cannot abide referring to an auto dealership as a "car store," new, used, or otherwise. I can't think of a better way to sound like a slack-jawed yokel than to tell someone I'm going to go pick up a new car at the car store. What do I do, grab it off the fucking shelf?

And to kind of piggy back on your thoughts, how about those "Autotrader.com" (?) commercials,
where they show people sitting at their laptops, asking themselves.... "Ok, what kind of car do I want?"
"Ooh, it's gotta be silver". Shit like that.

I keep hearing live reads for IMS Energy- you know, switch from ComEd and get ComEd service for less- and keep asking myself "what the hell does CubbieGirlShaumus have to do with electricity?"

Does Elton John get royalties for the use of that 1972 song?

I think it's a clever concept -- show a woman in everyday clothes or business attire and then transform them into a bikini. It's almost like a strip tease.

She can be hot at times, but usually creeps me out with the young boy look.

I couldn't have said it any better myself.

I could be totally wrong but she just seems like the type of person whose act is to

I'll have the mute button ready when hyundai unleashes this bullshit.

Pretty much, you're wrong. She really is quite talented: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3IgFwzCmU8&feature=relmfu

That she's simply "type of person whose act is to look you with an innocent "aw shucks" deer in the headlights."

Taste will vary, of course. But she has real talent.

I didn't say she wasn't talented, I don't claim to know anything about here other than those fucking hyundai ads.
She bothers me, but for good measure, I'm stepping out of this topic before I get started on how much Natalie Merchant annoys me.
