Here's your chance to get even, Goff. Don't say I never do anything for you.

I'll let CSFMB judge if it is, indeed, racist.

At about 12:53 or so, Spiegel was talking about the dead George Jefferson. Spiegel said that he had one of the greatest "Black walks" of all time. Right after Spiegel said it, he knew he had done wrong. You could tell. He ammends his statement by saying, "Right, Mac, I mean that's one of the greatest walks of all time. Leaving out the "Black walk" part this time.

I expect Goff to cut this up and play it hard for a month or so. There's your revenge, Jason. You get even for Spiegel saying that you love conflict even though what he said was correct.

For the record, I don't think it was racist. It was just a misspeak. Christ, that never stopped Goff from making in into something bigger. So cue it up!!!!!

The accident was saying it out loud.

He clearly believes certain things are "black" things....like walks

Too bad he's too much of a Caller Bob to come here and defend himself

Maybe we can get biscuit back out to play?

So meat is now a racist.

Im not sure if it makes him racist or a bigot, but it fits with his bitch personality to say it and then immediately try and cover it instead of "owning it" as he's prone to urge others to do.

BTW, Spiegs, pretty sure they record these shows. No sense hoping no one heard you.'

I think he should be held more accountable for making the listeners yet again and again suffer through talk of him eating a god damn pie and then something about the biscuit.

Well, he's listed as being from New Jersey but spent time in Boston. I don't know being from New Jersey helps or hurts him here.

Speaking of which, he referenced "something he read" this morning and said that Illinois had coaches at Penn State showing players their Fight Hunger Bowl rings. Of course, it was a joke he got from Twitter and thought to be real information. He later corrected himself, but there are certainly those who heard him make the statement and PTFB before hearing him correct it. That's what happens when you get "news" outside of legitimate news organizations.

Greenberg dancing to the top 40 bumper music and their bantering about Golic being fat is 100 times more tolerable than having to hear about Meat's homelife.

Anyone who gets their news 3rd hand via a man who openly calls his wife Biscuits on the radio, deserves what they get

And he didn't even stay for the entire U of I vs NU game at Wrigley!

I was referring more to the fact that an educated man couldn't tell the difference between news and a joke on a Twitter feed. But this is the same guy who didn't know what mish mosh was, yet felt he was enough of an authority to give Mac a lesson on lox.

I'd be interested to hear some more convoluted restaurant ordering analogies.

Wait a second.

If a caller says this to B&B, even if referencing something they've read, what happens?

You know damn well what happens.

-GOFF HITS THIS BUTTON:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-p5B1WxOqs

-BERNSTEIN BREAKS INTO "CHICAGO ACCENT" VOICE

-BOERS SAYS "EEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEE".

-TEAM BERNSTEIN REJOICES OVER CATCHING A RACIST

Why don't the rules apply to one of their own?

Spiegel brought up what he read to say to everybody that he agreed with it. That's why he brought it up. I said I thought it was a misspeak. That he just wanted to say "walk", leaving out exactly what he had read. But he said it.

I think my point is made. It's selective "Racism hunting" by "Team Bernstein".

Wasn't Jefferson's "black walk" an overacting comedic act? Kinda like huggy bear or whoever in Beretta were dramatic funny takes on sterotypes? If he said Sherman Hemsley walked like a black guy in that fashion everyday I guess that would be racist.

If this were said by an athlete or somebody at ESPN, B&B would do a 5 hour attack show on the suspect. They'd give no benefit of the doubt.

I have the day off from work and Ive had far too many drinks to tap into the far too sensitive racial undertones that Spiegel might have triggered. I withdraw.
