So I was going to spend a decent amount to sit 4th row for Blitzen Trapper this Saturday. Then I noticed they were the opener. Nah. Really want to see them, but not half a setlist.

I remember seeing them open for the Two Gallants about 5 years ago at the Empty Bottle.

Didn't go. I wasn't going to drop any coin on seeing them perform 12 songs. I'll catch them when they're the headliner. If you want specific albums, I would start with Furr and Destroyer of the World. If you like those, buy the others. I really like them all, for the most part. Field Rexx is kind of "eh" except for a few songs.

Sorry I didn't read close enough. I thought you still went but didn't pop for the primo seats. The albums you have
mentioned including the latest American Goldwing were the ones I usually keep an eye out for when I go cd shopping.

-Probably my favorite DT record, the lyrics can be a bit schmaltzy at times but the music and composition is top notch and the flow of the songs and narrative is strong.

I dig jazz just fine. I don't listen to a ton of it and have to be in the right mood. It's not an all the time thing for me just like rock isn't. I could listen to hip hop at all times of the day...
