I would like to apologize first to the fans, MLB, my teammates and the Brewers organization as well as the Braves organization.
The way I carried myself on the field is unacceptable, I should have done better to control myself and set a good example.
In the heat of the moment I let my emotions get the best of me. As did Keyser Soze. As a professional athlete I have to respect the game.
I should have not let the situation escalate. I would like to put this behind and do what I love, and that is play baseball at 110%.

Keyser Soze has the strangest ideas about baseball I've ever heard. He's furious at a guy for "swinging hard"? Ridiculous. Look, when I first started watching baseball a guy was probably going to go down the next time up just for hitting the home run in the first place. But those days are long gone. All these guys are making millions. Are they really supposed to hit each other in the head? And the pose Gomez did at the plate? It's nothing a thousand other guys haven't done. The days of putting your head down and running are gone. McCann should be suspended a week for sure. What he did was absurd.
