I'm with you. Look at the results from today. The NFL is an utter and total crap-shoot.
I don't claim the Bears' chances are good. They're not. But, the fact is, it's a week to week league. Once you're in the playoffs, you stand a puncher's chance of winning a superbowl. Denver and Seattle seem to have probably the best chances of winning their respective conferences; but who'd be shocked if neither made the superbowl? I sure wouldn't.
A good draft pick is already out. The chances aren't good, but this league has too much parity. It's practically a coin-flip every game. To say any team in the playoffs has no shot is to ignore reality.
