Since when does putting your 4th line out there warrant I have to counter with my 4th line? Didn't realize that means an automatic fight has to ensue whenever the 4th line gets put out there. They brought up 2 examples during the 2nd period of the game. In one Torts' Rangers played New Jersey last year and the same shit happened as he saw the 4th line and then brought out his. The other was Tampa vs Boston a few years ago and Boston gooned up and Tampa brought out their 1st line and smoked them early.

Ten-minute misconduct penalties in and of themselves don't require playing shorthanded. Often they're called in conjunction with minors, which do.
