I won 1,400 on Preakness last year on a recommendation from you spmack. Looking for some great advice again.

And I didn't take my own damn advice

I'm sitting here at work, waiting for the Brisnet Ultimate PP's to come out so I can print it out and study tonight. But right now I can tell you that I'm still pretty high on Cali Chrome, as is everyone which is why he's at 5/2. Hoping he can get up to 3/1 or 4/1 by the time of the race.

He gave me a horse at 10/1 last week, and I threw $5 on it. $50 for doing nothing but making a few keyboard strokes.

Was thinking of spending saturday at the OTB joint. It is nice. Probably some sort of party there. Would appreciate tips, winners long shots with a chance and basically anything.

Original post updated with Ultimate PP's. Print and use to your advantage! I'll try to get the links for all of the main races later.

WARNING TO THOSE IN CHICAGO:

Joes on Weed street , where the OTB is these days, has a massive party for Derby day, so dont think you are just stopping in for a quick wager.

However, early wagering is available Friday morning when they open.

 Yes, I like California Chrome, but I like Danza for the upset. Especially if he stays around 10-1.

I made a mistake in the other thread though, RPB...I thought Calvin Borel was on Danza, and he'll actually be on Ride on Curlin. Joe Bravo will be the jockey for Danza.

Very excited. Going to @KentuckyDerby to root for "Danza"! That's right!! Tune in to watch Saturday! See you soon @EclipseTBP !

Like I said, he probably never heard of the horse before a few weeks ago.

If you're in the city or near, I say the better option is going to Hawthorne. Sure it was packed, but the wait was not long at all, plus general admission is now free. At Joe's, the wait is crazy plus you barely have enough room to breathe.

Well I'm going to actually probably do a Pick 3 and a Pick 4.

As far as the Derby, I'll probably do an exacta box of Cali Chrome, Danza, Wicked Strong, and Dance With Fate. If it were based on looks, Dance With Fate wins easily. Damn horse looks like a muscular Black Beauty.

Just about every horse other than Cali Chrome will be good money if they win. Dance with Fate is the horse I am liking more and more each day. Currently 20-1 so if you put $5 on him to win and he stays at that price, that's somewhere between $105-114 you'd win.

I still like Cali Chrome to win, or Danza to pull the upset.

I liked Vicar's in Trouble originally too, but that 1 post means that more than likely he is going to get pinched. The only way Vicar would win is if he runs out to the lead right away and avoids the rush....even then Rosie Napravnik would probably have burned all of his energy getting him to the front.

So what you're saying is that Vicar is in trouble.

Prior to the scratch, I was leaning toward Hoppertunity depending on the odds. With him out I'm going this way:

$200 Win 4

$1 Super Partial 4/1, 5, 10, 12, 19, 20

$2 Tri Partial 4/1, 5, 10, 12, 19, 20

$20 Ex Partial 4/5, 12, 20
