As I believe Aiken and Rodon are foshizzles gone by the time the 4th pick rolls around - how do they not grab Kolek if he is still on the board?

Kolek is an outlier. He's the biggest and hardest throwing prep pitcher in the history of the draft. He's considered a bigger risk because he has no comps so teams aren't sure what to make of him.

Yeah, and Mark Prior had perfect pitching mechanics going into the 2001 draft.

Pitchers are tough to find...so you just have to take the best available stuff and go from there.

Don't pull another Hayden Simpson.
