Besides the strange noises, the ONE legacy that Dan will carry on (from his time with Terry) is surely the whole "guy" thing. It took him years to adopt this insanely hollow crutch, but hot damn has Dan grabbed on to "I can confirm that my sources confirm what someone else has actually reported, they have been saying this for some time now, actually" angle of sports talk/reporting. As has been said, insanely insulting to the audience - incredibly lazy - and insanely transparent to everyone except, ironically, the meatballs they love to mock on a daily basis.
