I was onboard the "Trestman can make anybody good" train but I'm off that train now. McCown sucks. I'm glad for him and his family that he parlayed a couple good games into 10 mildo but he sucks and he always has.

McCown had one hell of a season in 2013! He pinpointed a lot of balls right into a WR's hands.

Actually, they averaged 24 points in the games Cutler played more than a few snaps.

Looking at average points is probably a waste of time anyway. Look at yesterday...one TD came on a return, and both of them came long after the game was essentially over. As far as I'm concerned, the Bears offense scored zero "contested" points yesterday.

He's had a lot of bad luck with offensive guys since he has been a Bear. Trestman is at the level of a Terry Shea.

C'mon Nas. What has Cutler done to help himself? He has 190some turnovers in ~115 career games. You simply cannot win when your QB turns the ball over that many times.

It is literally impossible to continue to defend Cutler at this point. Even Dr Ken admitted he was wrong.

Stop making things up. This defense and Trestman's play calling hasn't done him any favors. If he doesn't score a touchdown on every possession the Bears will lose. Yesterday they were supposed to run the football and Trestman called 1 running play out of the first 10 plays. Before Cutler could check his blood sugar levels the Bears were down by 21.

Cutler has 113 career games, 122 career INTs, 52 career fumbles lost. So thats 174 turnovers in 113 games. Sorry for the gross inaccuracy.

7 points off yet another Cutler INT to make to 14-0. So then Cutler gets the ball back with a chance to answer and maybe swing some of the momentum back the Bears way and here is what happens; overthrowns Marshall down the near sideline, 1 yard bubble screen to Jeffrey, then another poor pass out of bounds and on comes the punt team. Pack then go up 21-0, Bears get 1 first down and then punt again.

Cutler had several chances to take control of the game and at least give the Bears a chance by answering some of GBs scores and he could not do it. It was the same thing in New England, Nas. Cutler couldn't do anything right. No points to even help keep the game close. He cannot be defended anymore, Nas. You are attempting to defend the indefensible.

It doesn't. But Cutler is being paid to overcome that crap. At least a couple times.

I don't expect Cutler to win these games 56-55 but he's not even competing at this point.

Maybe if they didnt spend $18 million on a guy that is not a positive difference maker they would have been able to afford decent defensive players. Although with Tucker still around I'm not sure any defense they put out there would have mattered.
