Why are there no defensive wound marks on Kane? scratches, bruise, anything?
What makes you think there aren't?
Here's a theory: The friend was all over Kane at the bar. By the time they got to Kane's house she was so fucked up, she was passing out. Kane was determined to nail someone. So he went after the other woman. And here we are.
that's kind of what i'm thinking happened. which makes Kaner's bar bros trying to throw shade on the victim even more idiotic.
And if Kaner's defense team didn't have the skybar owner and staff on lockdown immediately following the notice of the rape allegation and being retained
by Kane to represent him...? Podunk lawyering, if that's the case that this defense attorney a week later tells a reporter,
"yep, think I might lahk to tawk to dat bar owner...."

Hamburg Police and District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III have said very little about the investigation. Hamburg Police said they are continuing their investigation and are awaiting the results of forensic tests.
Two of the region’s most prominent defense attorneys – Paul J. Cambria and Thomas J. Eoannou – are now involved in the case.
Cambria confirmed Saturday for the first time that he represents Kane in connection with the investigation.
“I do represent him, but I have nothing to say about it. No comments,” Cambria told The News. Asked if Kane denies the woman’s allegations against him, Cambria said he could not comment.
When asked about Croce’s comments, Cambria said, “Obviously, Mr. Croce is a person that investigators on both sides would be interested in talking to.”
the value of information--esp negative information--in any trial or negotiation increases in value as the time between when a decision maker is given the information and has to make a decision decreases.
If kaner's team pulls out affidavits from the bar owner staff throwing legit shade on the proper person at a pre-trial/pre-discovery settlement conference...it has more impact than leaking that negative information weeks/months prior.
same for a jury---the more new information you can present to a jury to bolster your case at trial, the better. all of these rumors and slut-shaming will be well-known by the jury pool and heavily discounted by the time the jury gets around to making a decision.
Kaner's legal team should've been in the bar the day they found out they were repping Kaner for rape, executed affidavits for all relevant bar staff/owners/patrons and then asked that those people not talk to the media.
