I just got back from the hospital; I was listening when Dan read that e-mail, and my eyes rolled so aggressively into my head that they became stuck, and required medical assistance.

Just now Dan said that the cheering Hawks crowd will never sound the same to him. Three dollar bills everywhere are blushing at how phony this prick is. 12 year old girls can't believe how melodramatic he's acting.

I'd say I weep for mankind, but this is typical SJW stuff, and I've already come to terms with it.

Again, they support other teams in town, too.

Everyone who says they are "done" with the Blackhawks because of this will certainly proceed to Google actors and musicians who have been charged and/or convicted of domestic violence and/or sexual assault and adjust their viewing and listening habits accordingly, correct?

Okay, some mook just called in and basically said he is ashamed to be a Blackhawk's fan after all of this.

Really? Were you ashamed to be a Blackhawks fan while celebrating three Stanley Cups in six years?

Long before 2010, a certain Legend had some unfortunate events happen that are nothing to be proud of.

Don't get me wrong, we all have done stupid things in our past and there's no judgment on my end... but Mr. Mook - WYC?!?

Come on, Man!

Has anybody found the actual tweet that kept dicaro at home? I guess she could claim that it was deleted but you'd think she'd screencap that and blur out the specific names/places like she screencapped the other one... Why wouldn't she do that? Is she trying to keep the guy's name from getting out so he doesnt know that they wanna catch him?

It seems fishy to me that after last night's 1-tweet-theater we don't have any evidence of this SUPER LEGIT THREAT tweet, but hey I gotta #ListenAndBelieve otherwise any doubt on my part only promotes the rape culture!

I was going to listen today, but then realized it is a beautiful fall day and a Friday afternoon. Why listen to something that would just piss me off? Music it is.

Anyone calling in and saying that should be hunted down for sport and slaughtered with extreme prejudice.

Julie's little show and tell is working like a charm.

That's correct! And he's lamenting the future obituary of Eddie Einhorn.

He's right about one thing:

Quote:
we’ll never know what actually happened that night.

Although that little fact hasn't stopped him and others on that show/station of making accusations without having all of the facts (and then being outraged there would be a reaction to this).

I think this is simple-minded BS.

You can say that about any event at any time that you didn't personally witness.

If he was charged and convicted, would we know exactly what happened? Maybe, maybe not. However, people would say that we do know that he raped the girl. And, while that would most likely be correct and this is what I would think, you can't say for certain.

So, how does the inverse, that he wasn't charged or convicted, mean that we don't know. I would think it would be the same in that we should say that he didn't rape the girl and, while that would most likely be the case, of course you can't be certain.

There was no scenario where you would know exactly what happened barring a full confession or video evidence from Kane. But, the implication here is that something did happen and we don't know when it should really be that probably nothing happened because we don't hold the evidence to think otherwise.

Sure, you can technically say that for anything, but that's a bit unreasonable (and BS) don't you think? Let the evidence dictate what happens (if anything to Kane), not a bunch of clowns on the radio with an agenda who are making their own facts.

Bernstein has turned his show (and station) into MSNBC for sports fans. He's fine with talking sports, but any opportunity to take a story connected to sports and drive his agenda, done. You know where he stands on on most issues as well and the rest of the station falls in line.

For the record, I was referring to Dan's "we'll never know what happened" thoughts as simple-minded.

His clear implication is that something happened when evidence shows more and more that it is quite possible that nothing happened at all.

It would seem that he is indicating that it would be better for Kane to have more evidence against him so that charges could be filed and he could be exonerated than it is for them to not even have enough evidence to charge him in the first place.

Thanks for clarifying.

It's probably better for Bernstein that no charges are ever filed so he can continue to hint at or make accusations, etc. regarding Kane, and he never has to say he's wrong.

Even if a trial happened and Kane was found "Not Guilty" he'd still say we'll never know what really happened.

Christ, even if the girl said, right now, that she made it up Dan will still say we don't know what really happened.
