Although I think Julie is biased and blood hungry for a Kane conviction, I feel bad that she got a death threat. That's horrible.

While I'm sure most of these twitter threats are just fake tough guys, I do understand why she can't go to the Score's building today. And she shouldn't be made fun of for that.

The fact that she is still even using the phrase "evidence bag" is grotesquely delusional. The DA specifically said that it was a hospital garment bag. And he specifically said that he had had no communication with the accuser because she had immediately retained a civil plaintiff's attorney who prohibited it. I hope Kane fucking sues everybody.

So Julie gets that death threat from a twitter account (97% likely made that night) with only one tweet (and if you look at the sentence structure whoever wrote that probably stumbled over what they already wrote to add in the "AND IT KILLS YOU!!!" part to make it a proper DEATH THREAT).... during a time period when she was quite possibly egging on her haters by retweeting the most vitriolic stuff she got...... And now she can't go to work cuz of safety concerns?

Yeap. She's going to become a story as this Kane story wraps up and the focus shifts to "OUR SOCIETY HAS A MISOGYNY PROBLEM" --- hell did anyone see Goff's instagram post of the text screen? Catching up on the past few pages, i'm trying to piece together things. Was there any clairifcation on what happened w/ the Mom and the bag? Any theories how she got the bag? What is the hoax part?

The bag had nothing to do with the rape kit-- which is in a box, and never a bag, according to the DA. The bag was apparently given to the accuser or her mother, to put clothes in. The mother then claimed the bag was her daughter's tampered-with rape kit, dropped in front of her door. Her stupid attorney believed her and went public with it.

The first question given to the DA was whether he planned on bringing charges against the mother, and he said he was reviewing the laws but didn't think it was illegal to make "fraudulent claims to a private party."

Honest question; what does a person have to do to be truly cleared of rape accusations? No DNA below the waist, blatant lies and attempts at deception by the accuser's lawyer and family, witnesses for the accuser changing their story; all of these thing seem to indicate to the Score that Kane is more guilty, so how can one actually clear one's name in a case like this?

I suppose the same way they used to do them prior to DNA (though I believe they still have his DNA under her fingernails...not sure if they looked at Kane for scratches). Rapists apparently like to use condoms to avoid disease and prevent leaving evidence, so I would think lack of DNA is not a rare obstacle (though it probably makes it tougher to prosecute).

As I said in another thread, the implication here is that Kane is denying any sexual contact occurred. And if that is the truth, great. But if something arises that disproves that, he would never be able to go the Kobe route and claim she consented.

No Kane DNA below the waist, however, there is male DNA of at least one other male. Who were the other males there, if any, or did she get some earlier before the bar? This also implies that there was Kane DNA of some sort above her waist. Biting? probably yes.

She went home and changed her shirt before she went to the hospital? This makes no sense. If you were going to say you were raped, who cares if your shirt was ripped (if it was)
