Its is probably BS that they claim it is for the players of Joe P's era but I started thinking. What a shame to pretend like everything was bad and/or never happened for all those great players and maybe more so for the not so great ones. hey in fairness i'm pretty sure that i read about penn state wanting to do something to commemerate the 50th anniversary of joe paterno coaching his first game at penn state. something something child rape = you basically pretend that the dude doesn't exist and never reference him again, cuz evidently he decided along the way that a few (dozen?) raped kids << continuity on your coaching staff? yeah seriously idk if going out of your way to commemorate the guy is ever really gonna be a good idea ever again.
