Yeah, I think it's more common in the African-American community. There's a place on Morse that I've been in that is 25+. I had to vouch for my partner who was younger than that at the time so they would let him in. We were the only two white guys in the bar. I get the idea. Younger guys are much more likely to get drunk and stupid.
