Shaheen was drafted for a completely different offense than what Nagy runs. Its why they signed Burton even under the assumption Shaheen would be healthy. It is what it is.

It (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky keeps improving to the point that he is considered a top 10 QB, the Bears would be a playoff contender for the next 7-10 years, assuming health. Landing a franchise type QB through the draft should qualify Pace for an A.

Possibly, I'll never be able to forgive moving up unnecessarily. Trading up for Floyd was inexcusable also. Floyd has the frame of Kevin White and he was old (24 ish) real bad pick. His best move was hiring Nagy and Khalil mack trade.. Those moves were huge.

The Mack trade is making a lot of his other decisions not seem as bad as they are/were. Cohen is another great call by Pace, and Nagy looks to be the right call for HC (tho Pace did fail at his 1st attempt.. which may or may not have even been his call)
